The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This to predict the influence between independent variable and dependent variable, X1 (Leadership Style) X2 (Work Environment) (free) Y Spirit) (bound). sample was 70 people, instrument primary data multiple linear regression analysis analyze data.Based on results of study, it can be concluded that there significant leadership style work environment employee morale at Education Culture Office Serang Regency. with test obtained equation Y= 28.019 + 0.215 0.246 X2. hypothesis testing, value tcount Leadership Style = 2.312, using limit 0.05, ttable 1.66757. Work Environment 4.034 1.66757 From these results, criteria are > ttable, which means H0 rejected H1 accepted. Thus t-test has motivation, coefficient determination an by 21.5% remaining 78.5% influenced variables others not included study.Keywords: Style, Environment, Spirit
